Glitsy Glitter

This is the last day of Camp Create, although we have an extra project for the bonfire party.  This is my favorite theme, GLITTER!  And oh boy, did I go wild on this one.

Pretty glitsy with glitter, for sure.  I covered a cardstock panel with double sided adhesive, the entire panel.  Then I peeled back the top adhesive layer a little at a time, sprinkling different colors of glitter until I had the whole panel covered.  I didn't have the sections marked off.  I just stopped with one color and then moved on to the next.  I love this effect.  I think an order of glitter is in my future.  Then I die cut the HUGS word from the glittered panel.

I was left with a cut out of the word.  I die cut the hugs word 6 times from white cardstock and then glued one on top of each other until I had raised dimensional letters.  I then placed each letter into the glittered cut out panel.  This was really a simple card to make but it has tons of style and shine.

What did I do with the glitter letters I cut out of the big panel, you ask?  Well, as any glitter girl knows, you can't waste anything that's glittered so I made another card using them.

You can't see it very well in the photo but I used a sparkle spray mist on the finished card, becuase you know, it might not have been shiny enough.  Ok, it's badge time.  Here it is.

I've now participated in all 5 days of Camp Create and have the opportunity of winning the grand prize of $150 gift card to the MFT store.  Please, pretty please pick me!
