I've been making lots of happy love cards. Here's my latest one.
I used a heart die to cut an opening in a panel of Crisp Cantaloupe cardstock. Before attaching it to the Real Red card base, I cut several strips of coordinating paper and attached them in rows to peek through the heart opening.
To finish it off I cut a scalloped heart from Calypso Coral and stamped the sentiment on it. A pretty side bow adds some texture and softness. The stamped row of real red hearts at the bottom grounds the design.
To make the card extra special I die cut an envelope liner with some paper that has some of the same colors as the card. So pretty. A card for a couple who has been married for 58 years today!
Love Love Love this is so pretty.
