I've been working with several Stampin' Up! products lately and I have a cute card to show you.
Isn't this just the happiest card? The card base is Night of Navy and is the same color as the sailboat. One of the greatest advantages of Stampin' Up! products is that they all color coordinate. Paper, ink, markers, buttons, etc. It's really easy to put together a fun project in a hurry but appear like it was a lot of work.
This cute octopus was cut from a piece of Maritime designer series paper. I used my scissors and cut him out because that's the image I wanted to feature. He was already this color but I used a Coastal Cabana marker to give him the artsy look. I also cut out a couple of the starfish.
The sentiment is from the Hello There stamp set and I used aquamarine chalk ink. I love the unique look this ink gives to the words. I popped up the octopus and then added a strip of washi tape to the top edge.
I used some paper that matches to make an envelope liner. So fancy!
Come back tomorrow. I have another special card for you to see.
