Brimming with Excitement!

I am brimming with excitement!  For two reasons.  A new digital stamp store has opened.  It's owned by Diane Noble and is called Daydream DesignsAnd I have been chosen to be on her Designer Dream Team!  Diane has been making and designing cards and projects for many years.  This store is a dream come true for her.  You must check out her fabulous digital stamps.  The store opened last Friday and she is have a grand opening with lots of freebies, goodies and surprises.  You don't want to miss it.  Hint:  a cute cowgirl hat image is free today!

In honor of Diane and her new store I have designed a really special card.

The main image of this card is a combination of several images in The Perfect Blend set of digital stamps that Diane offers for only $5.95.  The set includes 19 images!  I used the coffee grinder, the stack of cups and the cup of latte.  The thing that is so great about digital stamps is that you are not limited to the image as it is.  I used my photo editing program to import all three images and put them together to make one unique scene.  I then sized the entire image to fit the space I wanted to create for my card.  Now here's the interesting part.  I took another digital set, Candy Heart Messagesand added three little candy hearts to the saucer!  Now, how cute is that?  Try doing that with traditional stamps. The perfect sentiment for this card came from a darling set called, Coffee with Friends.  Diane put together 12 sentiments that cover almost all possible situations.  And if it isn't there it is in another set named appropriately Deja Brew.  They are all coffee-themed.

I used Pool Party and Kraft cardstock, colored the image with Copics and distressed all the edges with Vintage Photo ink.

So Diane, as the candy heart says, I'm so happy 4 you.  And totally brimming with excitement as you start this new adventure.  Congratulations!
